We provide pre and post sales technical support generally within 48 hours.

For customers who use our commercial warranty Premium+1, Skype/Facetime support (on specific appointment) is guaranteed within 24 hours of notification.

To make an appointment send us an email  indicating the invoice number, your Skype/Facetime contact, the topic and the convenient time to be called:

  • Morning: 8-10, 10-12
  • Afternoon: 14-16, 16-18
  • Evening: 18-20

If we cannot solve the issue, a specific dossier (a ticket code) will be opened to take advantage of the warranty or agreed repair in case the product is no longer covered by warranty.
